KnowledgeBank's founder, Tom Wimer, a veteran of Fortune 50 human resource leadership and consulting roles,  recognized a need for a firm that could bring a unique perspective to the human capital management consulting sector by marrying the best thinking in workforce management practices wrapped with a very practical approach to executing - actually getting things done. In 2003, he founded KnowledgeBank to meet this demand.
