KnowledgeBank Announces Promotions of Two Key Executives
McLean, Virginia, July 26, 2006 - KnowledgeBank, Inc., a Northern Virginia based provider of total outsourced and project-based human resource (HR) management services to organizations ranging from small & emerging growth, to large companies in the commercial, nonprofit, and government sectors, today announced the promotions of Kevin Antler to the position of executive vice president and chief operating officer and Eileen Taylor as senior vice president for administration and operations.

Since joining KnowledgeBank at its inception and launch in 2003, Antler has been instrumental in developing KnowledgeBank’s sales, marketing and channel strategy, including its drive into the venture capital and nonprofit industries, building its unique offering for small, emerging growth and middle market companies, hiring the best HR talent, and growing KnowledgeBank from start-up into a multi-million dollar professional services firm. Antler will assume general management responsibilities for all KnowledgeBank private sector HR management outsourcing and consulting services. Antler joined KnowledgeBank from DBM, a global human capital management services firm, where he helped build DBM’s consulting practice in Greater Washington, providing HR expertise and managing client relationships with organizations in the professional services, technology, telecommunications, finance, software, aerospace and defense, nonprofit and biotech sectors. Prior to DBM, Antler held consulting and general management positions with Gap International and the National Marrow Donor Program. He is active in the Greater Washington business community, and currently serves as President-Elect for the Business Alliance of George Mason University.
Taylor, also with the firm since 2003, has served a critical role in developing KnowledgeBank’s HR consulting capacity, recruiting, infrastructure management for both private and public sector business and business growth. Taylor will assume corporate infrastructure management responsibilities including administration, information technology management, internal HR management, training and operations. Taylor joined KnowledgeBank from HR consulting firm T.J. Ettinger, where she served as a Vice President & Principal, providing compensation consulting services, designing total rewards and performance evaluation systems, and building HR management platforms for start-up ventures for a diverse client base. Prior to T.J. Ettinger, Taylor held positions with MVM, Inc., United Federal Savings Bank and Quest Research Corporation. She is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute, the credentialing arm of the Society for Human Resource Management. She serves on the Board of the Washington Area Compensation & Benefits Association, is a graduate of the Volunteer Leadership Program at Virginia Tech, and is an active community volunteer, including work with Miriam’s Soup Kitchen in Washington, DC and prior service on Alexandria City Council’s Budget and Fiscal Affairs Advisory Committee.
