KnowledgeBank Awarded Contract to Support the Commonwealth of Virginia with Change Management Services
McLean, VA, July 07, 2008 - KnowledgeBank, an award-winning provider of human capital management, organizational effectiveness, outsourcing and consulting services to the government, commercial and nonprofit sectors announced today that it has been awarded a contract under the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Set-Aside for Small Business Consulting Services in the Change Management category. KB was one of five firms selected out of 55 offerors in the category to provide services to the Commonwealth, with an initial contract period of three (3) years and up to three (3) successive one-year renewal periods.
Under this statewide term contract, KB will provide services to the Commonwealth in the areas of organizational climate assessments and developing change management programs that include training, facilitation, surveys and employee assessments, one-on-one coaching, development of standards and incentives, effective communication techniques and strategies and the development of feedback tools.
