KnowledgeBank Awarded Multi-Year Fairfax County Workforce Planning and Compensation Consulting Contract
McLean, VA, October 19, 2007 - KnowledgeBank, Inc., a rapidly growing provider of human resource management consulting and outsourcing services, announced today that it has won a competitively bid new contract to provide workforce planning, job classification and compensation consulting services to the County of Fairfax, Virginia. The contract has a base period of two years with three one-year option periods.
KnowledgeBank consultants will work closely with the County to provide a wide-range of workforce planning and compensation services including classification, salary surveys, market pricing and analysis, job descriptions, succession planning, class specifications, compensation strategy and administration and communication and training.
