KnowledgeBank Promotes Jennifer Tress to Senior Vice President, Public Sector Consulting Practice
McLean, VA – August 1, 2009 – KnowledgeBank, Inc. (KB), an award-winning provider of strategic human capital management and organizational effectiveness consulting solutions, announced today that it has promoted Jennifer Tress to the position of Senior Vice President of its Public Sector Consulting Practice.
Ms. Tress, who will provide project management and leadership on federal, state and local government consulting projects for KB, previously served as vice president of KB’s Government Consulting practice. Prior to joining KB, Ms. Tress was with Jefferson Consulting Group’s Government Consulting practice and before that, was a senior consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Prior to entering fully into management consulting, Ms. Tress was a communications consultant, assisting clients in designing and implementing internal and external communications campaigns. Ms. Tress is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a BA in communications and has deferral entry into Georgetown University’s Senior Executive Leadership program. She is also on the board of the American Society for Public Administration, National Capital Area Chapter.
She has extensive, well-rounded expertise in organizational effectiveness and human capital management in both the nonprofit and private sectors, and for the past seven years has provided consulting services almost exclusively to the federal government.
